Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible value in quality products and service. New Technologies Tooling and Manufacturing, Inc. is a Michigan based corporation, we are certified ISO 9001 with a QS 9000 TE supplement, and have been operating since 1986. Our facilities are located at 4380 East Baldwin Road, just outside Grand Blanc, MI. Our present facility was built new in 1995 on 4 acres, owned and controlled by New Technologies. The 15,000 sq. ft. building was designed for our special needs in custom machine automation and positioned properly for expansion.

New Technologies is privately held and operated by four working partners:

  • Mr. Don Schopieray, Engineering Manager
  • Mr. John Lively, Operations Manager
  • Mr. Dean Bentley, Quality Manager
  • Mr. Robert Carbary, Sales and Service Manager

New Technologies' average sales range from $4 to $8 million annually. Our services and products have been implemented in numerous countries, including China, England, Korea, Mexico, The United States, and more. Our product is planned, built, and tested on our floor where our extremely skilled builders, engineers, and designers custom construct our machines and systems. We are also experienced in installing and implementing our systems into your existing environment. We build numerous fixtures and machines, ranging from holding fixtures and lift assist fixtures to million dollar assembly areas. Our qualified team can also build and fully integrate automation systems that deal with clip insertion. Lathes, mills, mig and tig welding systems, and surface grinders of different sizes are available for use in the building of our products. Additionally, we have two AutoCAD terminals onsite which are also utilized in our builds.

During our nearly thirty years in business, New Technologies has built a solid base of suppliers that are relied upon to help maintain timely customer deliveries. We work closely with these suppliers to ensure they maintain our exceptional standards of products and services. Your satisfaction is fundamental to our success.
